To avoid disappointment have your caterer answer these questions:

1. Most important...what "Guarantee" do they provide?

2. Do they have different options to fit your budget?

3. What if more people show up than expected or you run out of food? (This area leaves you the most vulnerable)

4. Can you get a written proposal?

5. Will the food be "re-heated" or fresh?

6. How much notice is needed to book a catering?

7. What service is included in this catering? (You don't want any surprises)
